§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the SuperWagi.com online store, placing orders, delivery, payment, withdrawal rights, complaints, and data processing.
  2. The store is operated by B2B Janusz Kręcicki, a company registered in accordance with Polish law.

§2. Definitions

  • Customer – any natural or legal person placing an order
  • Consumer – a natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity
  • Store – the website at https://superwagi.com
  • Product – measuring devices, microscopes, and laboratory accessories sold in the Store

§3. Order Process

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website.
  2. The Customer must accept these Terms and provide accurate order information.
  3. An order confirmation is sent to the email provided.

§4. Prices and Promotions

  1. All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT.
  2. The store displays the lowest price of a Product from the last 30 days before a promotion – in compliance with the Omnibus Directive.
  3. Prices may be dynamically personalized – the user is notified accordingly.

§5. Delivery and Payment

  1. Orders are delivered via courier or personal pickup as selected at checkout.
  2. Payment methods include: bank transfer, fast online payments, and PayPal (for international customers).
  3. Delivery time varies by Product and is shown on the product page.

§6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a completed withdrawal form (Appendix 1) via email or post.

§7. Complaints and Returns

  1. Customers may file a complaint regarding physical or legal defects of Products.
  2. The complaint procedure is outlined in Appendix 2 (Complaint Form).
  3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days of receipt.

§8. Personal Data and Privacy

  1. The data controller is B2B Janusz Kręcicki.
  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR – see Appendix 3 (Privacy Policy).
  3. Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data at any time.

§9. Reviews, Recommendations, and Algorithms

  1. Product reviews published on the website originate from verified customers.
  2. The Store does not use automated filtering or removal of reviews.
  3. Recommendation algorithms may be used to personalize content – customers are informed of this.

§10. Final Provisions

  1. Polish law applies to all matters not covered by these Terms.
  2. Any disputes not resolved amicably may be submitted to alternative dispute resolution or the ODR platform (see Appendix).
  3. The Store reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes do not affect orders placed prior to the update.
